The latest issue of Britain's No.1 woodworking magazine features Steve Prescott on the cover, with the occasional table he designed and made to feature a pietra dura top, created by Thomas Greenaway from Italian stone. Steve's explanation of the making includes how to create and join the bent fingers that are formed into an apron. Steve also shows how the tapers are formed on the legs and the mouldings to old the top in place.
